another, other and the other كي و كجا استفاده كنيم؟

You use ‘another’ with singular nouns that aren’t specific.

  ‘another’ رو بايد  با اسمهاي مفرد كه مشخص نيستند استفاده كنيم
I want another piece of cake. (that’s any one of a number of pieces)

For non-specific plural nouns you use ‘other’.
براي اسمهاي جمع غير مشخص بايد از Other استفاده كرد

I want other pieces of cake. (it doesn’t matter which ones)

‘Other’ is also used with uncountable nouns that aren’t specific.

Other يهمچنين در مورد اسامي غير قابل شمارش كه مشخص اند استفاده ميشه

There’s other information on the website. 

If the noun is specific, you use ‘the other’.

I want the other piece of cake. (the only piece left)
I want the other pieces of cake. (all the remaining pieces)
The other information you need is on the website. (particular information)
